Sound Off partners Annie Costner and Adrienne Hall helped found Mosaic of Change, a storytelling partnership with UNESCO to illuminate and elevate global development progress. The film highlights their launch in Paris during UNESCO’s 70th anniversary, which featured live architectural projections and media installations by Obscura Digital, creators of the Sphere in Las Vegas.
