I edited this short film, ostensibly about a weird graphic design choice, that turned into a sweet portrait of a beautiful San Francisco luminary named Rex and a noble mission to make SF suck a little bit less. In 2019 it premiered at the SF International Film Festival, earned a prestigious Vimeo Staff Pick, and aired on KQED’s Truly California.
